The existing kitchen was enlarged and a new guest shower room created. Both this and the existing family bathroom were upgraded with high quality finishes (ceramic tiling, purpose made cabinets in oak). The kitchen was designed in a clean contemporary look with plain white doors and stainless steel worktops.

The large living room was divided to provide a generous third bedroom. The entrance corridor was opened towards the living room with recessed lighting in a shadow gap detail to one side of the lowered ceiling.
