Works included complete re-wiring, new plumbing and redecoration.
The kitchen was significantly altered in appearance by raising the ceiling and
creating a series of planes highlighted in white and two shades of grey.
Plain contemporary oak kitchen units and dark ceramic tiling on the floor completed
the clean look.

The master bedroom was completely re-decorated and paired storage niches were
created on either side of the bed. The historical fireplace in the living room was
restored with new ceramic tiling.

The property was sold at the end of December 2003.
