The floor plans comprise an open plan living/kitchen/dining area and WC on the ground floor, two double bedrooms and family bathroom on the first floor and a large master bedroom with two roof terraces on the top floor.

The external materials are pre-cast concrete cladding and timber framed glazing on the ground floor and vertical oak rainscreen cladding on the upper floors.

The details have been conceived for quick economic construction using timber framing above the ground floor steel and blockwork structure.
